Independent portfolio prototype. Every invoice, rate and supplier figure is fictional and attached to anonymised Supplier A/B/C archetypes. Nothing represents a named client, delivery platform, or real supplier's commercial data.

01 · Invoice Register

Invoice Register

"Which supplier bills can be trusted, and which need investigation?"
Click a row for the full reconciliation.
The rule this register runs on: no invoice is approved on trust. Every bill is recomputed from the workforce actually delivered: worked worker-days × contracted rate, plus approved overtime, minus SLA credits owed. Anything above the ±0.5% tolerance is flagged INVESTIGATE and cannot be approved until resolved. The tolerance is an illustrative scenario assumption, not company policy.
02 · Reconciliation

Invoice Reconciliation

"Does the amount billed match the workforce actually delivered?"
Inputs Scenario editable: change any figure and the reconciliation recomputes live
Reconciliation Waterfall Calculated
Decision
Golden rule: base labour cost is calculated on worked worker-days, never scheduled. Scheduled minus absence equals worked, visible as its own line above. An invoice billed on the scheduled figure quietly charges for workers who never showed up. That is the single most common overbilling pattern this screen exists to catch.
03 · Disputes & Credits

Disputes & Credits

"What is being challenged, why, and what has been recovered?"
Open and Resolved Cases
Dispute discipline: a variance is challenged with evidence (the reconciliation above), never with opinion. The supplier answers with either a corrected invoice or a credit note. Recovered credits are tracked to the fils, and repeated overbilling from one supplier becomes a commercial conversation on the Control Tower's Commercial Control screen, not a one-off fix.
04 · Monthly Statement

Monthly Supplier Statement

"What do we actually owe each supplier this month?"
How the statement reads: Cleared for payment means invoices verified and approved at their verified value. Pending review are shown at their verified value as an indication, not a commitment. Disputed amounts are held entirely until resolved. The statement always pays the verified figure, never the submitted figure.
